  9. PC really piss me off, especially when copying files from PC disks onto my
  10. miggy all the filenames are in CAPITALS.
  11. So I wrote this program. It renames the given file to lowercase.

  19. Wildcards. You can use spat to do this ("spat lowcase #?"), but it semms
  20. better to to it "in the code".
